INEC announces Abia state election as inclonclusive

The Returning officer of Abia state, Prof Benjamin Ozumba has declared the Saturday Governorship election in the state has  inconclusive.  Prof Ozumba while briefing newsmen in Umuahia, the state capital today, said irregularities in the number of registered voters in areas where elections were cancelled or did not hold was higher than the margin of difference between the leading candidates of the PDP and the All Progressive Grand Alliance in the election. He however made it know to reporters that  a re-run will be conducted in later date to be announced by the commission.
