There are strong indications that the Idoma people of Benue State may have rejected the candidacy of Senator David Mark with their votes during yesterday's polls as results collated from Idomaland purport victory for the All Progressive Congress candidate in the zone.
According to reports obtained from Idoma Voice Newspaper-
"there's currently palpable tension in the camp of the Senate President, David Mark over the ongoing election as his main contender, Dan Onjeh is currently teaching him a political lesson in some vital polling units. Incoming result from Otukpa, the country home of Steve Lawani, current deputy Governor of the State, has it that Onje, a former unionist won in most places"
