HOW EXERCISE CAN IMPROVE YOUR SEX LIFE


 
If you do exercise for the purpose of losing weight only, then you are not utaking thr full advantage of exercise, how about improving your sex life? Exercise is a sure way to look better, that is a plus in your love life, but it also gives you more energy and stamina for your sex life.  I guess you already know how important exercise is to your health, but do you also know that studies have found a direct correlation between physical inactivity and a lack of potency. Here is what studies say you will need to get the most of your sex life:

v  Cardio Endurance: try exercise like running, walking and swimming for 3 to 4 days, this will make your heart stronger and enhance your enthusaism for sex.

v  Muscular endurance:  sex requires that you stay in an uncomfortable positions sometimes, and that is why you need to exercise your muscle to endure these positions. You can start with a basic strenght work out like two to three times in a week.

v  Strenght:  strength is something you can’t do without, you definetely need plenty of it if you don’t want your spouse complaining all the time. Challenge your muscle with enough weight

v  Flexibility:  being limber can enhance anyone’s sex life by making it a bit easier to get into your favourite positions with less discomfort. Try stretching  after your workouts.
